Position: F&B Manager – Sommelier
About: Working alongside key members of the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, The Peninsula Beverly Hills is seeking an F&B Manager – Sommelier who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality. This position offers the opportunity to work for an award-winning luxury hotel group and learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property.
Requirements: At least three years of beverage or sommelier experience; Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Sommelier or WSET equivalent; Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge of company and department rules/regulations, policies, and procedures; Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification; Flexible schedule including weekends & holidays.
