Position: F&B Manager
About: A restaurant in need of a Food & Beverage Manager with previous food service and bar experience, exceptional leadership and guest service skills. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of guest service, safety, and cleanliness to ensure a positive guest experience and address any arising issues while embodying the company’s culture.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; three years of prior leadership experience in the food and beverage industry preferred; knowledge of proper food handling; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to perform duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, and minimum supervision; reliable attendance with flexibility to work varied days, shifts, and holidays; proper food safety training and certification as required by law; experience with MS Office/Google, POS systems, and reservations software; familiarity with basic cooking skills
