Position: F&B Manager
About: Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences, a Five Star personalized luxury wellness community located in South East Florida, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join their team. The resort offers mindful living experiences that integrate Eastern inner-science with Western technology, promoting personalized wellness through various pillars of wellness and a range of amenities, including a spa, pools, restaurants, and recreational activities.
Requirements: Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees and guests; must be effective at listening, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests; must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions; approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner; attend all hotel required meetings and trainings; participate in M.O.D. coverage as required; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with hotel standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations; work towards productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions; handle problems effectively, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems; maintain confidentiality of information; perform other duties as requested by management; maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
