Position: F&B MANAGER

KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences. Successful candidates will have a passion for food and beverage, the ability to motivate and hold a great team accountable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person will be expected to lead by example and uplift our colleagues during busy moments.
Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in food and beverage leadership, preferably in a similar setting; Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants, and business partners; Established experience as a team leader, with proven ability to strategically install practices to achieve business goals and motivate team members; Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively; Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently; The ideal candidate of this position will possess the ability to adapt to various situations as they arise, display empathy in all interactions with both colleagues and participants, evaluate departmental practices in an effort to continually enhance the participant experience, and encourage collaboration and creativity among team members
