Position: F&B director
About: Bolt Farm Treehouse is looking for a friendly and passionate Food & Beverage Director to join their team. The role involves creating an exceptional dining experience focused on sustainability and local sourcing, leading the culinary team, developing innovative menus, and fostering outstanding service. The Director will also build relationships with local suppliers and maintain a culture of excellence within the department.
Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; Proven track record of managing multiple outlets or large-scale operations; Strong leadership and team management skills; Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven with a track record of meeting goals; Solutions-oriented mindset; Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control; In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; Develop marketing strategies to promote F&B offerings and enhance brand presence; Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional events and campaigns
