Position: F&B Assistant Manager
About: Highgate Hotels, a premier real estate investment and hospitality management company, is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager for The Westin Arlington Gateway. The hotel features 338 modern guestrooms, including 14 suites, with convenient access to the Ballston Metro Station in Washington D.C. This position involves coordinating, supervising, and directing all F&B outlet operations to maintain profitability and high-quality products and service levels.
Requirements: At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; Long hours may be required; Ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests; Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; Excellent problem-solving abilities; High standards of personal appearance and grooming; Compliance with hotel standards and regulations; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Previous experience in F&B management is preferred
