Position: F&B Assistant Manager
About: Palisades Tahoe Resort, located in Olympic Valley, CA, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This position offers a flexible year-round schedule in a renowned resort setting. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of Palisades Tahoe by assisting in the execution and oversight of restaurant/outlet operations.
Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED required; Three years of experience in F&B operations, knowledge of service standards, experience in a resort facility, high volume production operation related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Two years of management experience; Must have a current driver’s license and clean driving record.
