Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Two years of experience in a restaurant environment preferred; Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations; Obtain Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Server certifications within 30 days of hire required; Ability to work flexible hours, including over 8 hours per day, weekends, and holidays; Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Excellent attention to detail; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with other employees and guests; Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
