Position: F&B Assistant Manager
About: Palisades Tahoe Resort located in Olympic Valley, CA, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in the capacity of assisting the manager in restaurant/outlet operations. The resort offers multiple venues across both sides and a flexible 10-month schedule, providing a unique and dynamic work environment in the iconic mountains.
Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED required; Three years experience in F&B operations; Two years management experience; Must have current driver’s license and clean driving record. Working knowledge of computers including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and POS system. Able to communicate effectively, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to lead and direct employees under intense conditions.
