Position: F&B Assistant Manager

Requirements: High school diploma required; higher education preferred, especially college-level business courses; minimum of five (5) years of Food and Beverage experience in a high-volume multi-outlet environment with at least three (3) years of lead, supervisory, or management experience; excellent communication and leadership skills; familiarity with restaurant/bar operations, cash flow management, food & beverage handling, safety and sanitation practices, and more; able to move effectively around various work areas, be on your feet for most of the shift, and lift up to 100 pounds if needed
