Position: Fan Engagement Coordinator
About: CT United FC is seeking a Fan Engagement Coordinator to foster relationships with the fanbase, drive engagement, and create exceptional experiences for supporters. This role is crucial in enriching fan connections with the team through various initiatives and platforms, working closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance fan participation and loyalty.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or related field; 2-3 years of experience in fan engagement, marketing, or community relations; ability to engage professionally in English and Spanish; event coordination experience; knowledge of social media platforms; familiarity with CRM software; passion for soccer and understanding of fan culture; ability to generate unique engagement ideas; willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially game days
