Position: FAMILY SERVICES COORDINATOR I
About: The Fairbanks Native Association (FNA) is seeking a dedicated individual to provide support services and enrichment activities to Alaska Native and American Indian students in primary and secondary grades. This role involves collaborating closely with other JOM and school staff to address barriers to students’ academic achievement.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least two (2) years of college (AA or 48 credits) or ParaPro Assessment certification if subject to Federal highly qualified requirements; experience working with the Native community and students in an instructional environment; knowledge of community resources and family services; ability to work effectively with Alaska Native populations; strong communication and organizational skills
