Position: Family Engagement Meeting Coordinator
About: The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Child and Family Services Division. Child and Family Services provides family-centered services within a trauma-informed system to assure safety, permanency, and well-being for children who are at risk of or have been subjected to child maltreatment. This position plans and facilitates meetings to achieve positive outcomes with extended support.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, or directly related degree; Two years of social services work experience, or directly related work experience working with children and families in difficult situations; Child protection work experience preferred; Ability to make critical decisions in high-stress situations, engage with children and families, problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, capacity to work with diverse groups, calm under pressure, computer proficiency, and meet minimum qualifications
