Position: Fairfield Inn & Suites Bloomington – Complimentary AM Attendant
About: The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. The individual should be well-versed on the hotel-brand standards, guest expectations, and the unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; ability to perform job function with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; willingness and ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and TIPs certification as required; able to obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required; ability to handle stressful situations calmly; understanding of hotel products, guest services, and service standards; positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks, provide support to team members, and respond to guests professionally; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards; numerical and communication skills; ability to deal with internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy; maintain high personal grooming standards and adhere to hotel regulations and safety standards
