Position: Faculty Housing Maintenance Assistant

Requirements: 2 years of relevant experience; Must possess, or have the ability to obtain by the date of hire, a valid California Driver’s License, and maintain it throughout the course of employment; Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced, dynamic environment; Must have basic computer skills and be able to perform basic tasks on iOS devices; Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; Requires good problem-solving skills; Awareness and sensitivity to special interest groups, faculty, and staff; Must have patience and be able to deal with people under stressful circumstances; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Strong customer service skills
