Position: Facility Operations Manager
About: The Facility Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of property management and maintenance for residential and commercial buildings in Brooklyn and Manhattan, ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, work orders, vendors, maintenance scheduling, compliance with NYC Building Codes, and emergency repairs. On-call availability is required for urgent matters. Participates in rent billing meetings and completes annual NYC HPD filings.
Requirements: 5+ years of facilities management experience; knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, and NYC Building Codes; budget management experience; strong communication skills; ability to lift up to 50lbs and work with ladders; on-call availability 24/7
