Position: Facility Operations Manager
About: The Facility Operations Manager will monitor and manage daily operations of the property management and maintenance organizational needs. The primary focus is on promoting a clean and safe work environment within both residential and commercial buildings, ensuring work orders are completed to a high standard while accounting for organizational budgetary needs.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in facilities management required; Working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, and NYC Building Codes; Proven experience managing budgets at project, departmental, and facility levels; Strong communication skills with internal personnel, clients, and outside vendors; Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, ascending/descending ladders; On-call availability 24/7 for urgent matter resolution
