Position: Facility Operations Manager
About: OTE is a transformative global sports league built to serve, educate, and empower the most talented basketball players on their path from proficiency to pro. The next generation of basketball superstars do not have a league to call their own – here is where OTE comes in. We are creating a catered solution FOR these athletes to be EMPOWERED.
Requirements: 4+ Years of experience in building operations, event operations, or facilities management; great attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; experience managing cleaning crews; experience working with multiple vendors; experience working with a changeover crew a plus; experience with Google Suite software or equivalent (Office 360, etc.); passion for maintaining a clean and orderly building; ability to work on tasks and projects individually; bilingual in English and Spanish a plus; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; excellent communication skills and a team player
