Position: Facility Operations Compliance Specialist
About: Atlantic Shores, an award-winning continuing care retirement community located in Virginia Beach, is seeking a Facility Operations Compliance Specialist to join their organized team. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, safety, and emergency preparedness for the residents.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred; 4-6 years of experience in risk management, compliance auditing, or project management required; knowledge of fire safety and MSDS training essential; analytical thinking, problem management, and judgment skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience in healthcare or with the elderly population preferred
