Position: Facility Manager
About: Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager to be the key contact for facilities management, supporting the Regional Manager and Corporate Real Estate team in delivering high-quality services. This role involves coordinating client needs and service delivery to ensure satisfaction and efficiency in facility management services.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis preferred; Minimum of 8 years industry experience; Strong organizational, management, interpersonal, and supervisory skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint; Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, accounting, and building systems
