Position: Facility Manager
About: The Facility Manager at Brixmor Property Group oversees subcontractors, maintenance, and cleaning duties to ensure the center is well-maintained for the community. They also manage onsite activities related to capital projects and act as a liaison between tenants and the company. Success is measured by tenant satisfaction and meeting maintenance standards at the properties.
Requirements: A two-year technical certification or Associate Degree preferred; minimum of three years of property maintenance or facility maintenance experience required; ability to work assigned hours and handle emergencies; strong communication, customer service, and project management skills; attention to detail, ability to work independently, and physical capabilities for maintenance tasks
