Position: Facility Manager
About: Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee client facilities within the Boston portfolio. The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring well-managed, well-maintained buildings and facilities while prioritizing positive responses to client needs. This role involves managing maintenance staff, coordinating services, and handling financial and project management responsibilities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration is preferred; CFM, FMP, or BOMA certification required; 5-7 years of commercial, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience; 3-5 years of project management experience; 5-7 years of hands-on maintenance tasks experience; experience with building and maintaining budgets and spend trackers; CMMS/Work Order Management experience, Corrigo preferred; experience in performance management
