Position: Facility Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred; previous multi-unit building management experience, preferably in the food service industry; knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and related building systems; ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics; strong electrical/mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods; capability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments
