Position: Facility Manager
About: The Leidos Lynnwood, WA facility in the Maritime System Solutions Portfolio within the Maritime Systems Division is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and support services.
Requirements: High school diploma or 2-year degree preferred; 10+ years’ total experience with facility management in a mixed-use facility; excellent organizational and time management skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; EH&S experience; familiarity with ISO and 5S processes; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously; detail-oriented and accuracy in work; leadership and supervisory abilities; problem-solving and decision-making skills; experience in planning and executing employee morale events; experience with management of facility and project budgets, tracking, reporting, and communicating to senior management; able to obtain Secret clearance
