Position: Facility Maintenance Manager
About: Responsible for the maintenance of all building facilities, equipment, guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and back-of-house areas throughout the building. The Chief Engineer will take a hands-on approach to assist with housecalls, PM projects, and other engineering-related needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; hands-on experience in building maintenance and engineering; strong knowledge of Fire & Life Safety Program, Security Program, Energy Conservation, and preventive maintenance programs; ability to manage staff, budget, vendors, and utility contracts effectively; proficiency in Life Fire Safety Director, HVAC licenses, Excel, Word, and Alice dispatching system
