Position: Facility Maintenance Manager
About: American Pool is seeking a full-time, year-round Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee a portfolio of pools within a geographic region. The role involves managing and supervising seasonal staff, performing small repairs, facility maintenance, and providing customer service in a professional manner.
Requirements: Exempt; Salary; Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, time management, and decision-making skills required; Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and the Internet required; Clean motor vehicle record and valid driver’s license required; Current Certified Pool Operator preferred but not required; Previous swimming pool experience preferred; Willing to work a flexible schedule during the busy season from April through Labor Day
