Position: Facility Maintenance Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred); 5+ years of experience in maintenance management or a related role; Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems; Leadership and team management experience; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus; AIB experience a plus
