Position: Facility Engineering Director
About: Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Facilities Management & Operations to oversee facilities maintenance, central plant operations, building management systems, and safety systems at the South Bay Medical Center in Harbor City, California. The role involves strategic direction, compliance with safety regulations, and managing vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency and long-term success in facility maintenance and repairs.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or technical disciplines in Plant Operations, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or related field AND minimum nine (9) years of experience in Engineering, Plant Operations, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or directly related field; OR Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in Engineering, Plant Operations, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or a directly related field.
