Position: facility coordinator

Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in facility or property management; Knowledge of building systems, construction, maintenance, and repair; Previous experience in administering work order schedules for technicians; Strong communication skills; Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload; Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations relevant to property management; Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
