About: The Facilities Management and Capital Planning department at the Massachusetts Trial Court is seeking a Facilities Systems Supervisor to oversee maintenance programs for building systems in state-owned courthouses and leased facilities. The department is dedicated to effective property management, facility operations, and customer service to support the administration of justice throughout the Commonwealth.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 or more years of practical work experience in a supervisory capacity related to systems management; strong knowledge of building codes and regulations; experience in project management and coordinating construction projects; familiarity with technical systems such as energy management systems; proficiency in computerized work order systems
