Position: Facilities Supervisor
About: The Facilities Supervisor at PMA is responsible for managing ongoing construction projects, office build-outs, and maintenance of office locations. The role involves hands-on support for emergency situations and repairs within the Corporate Office.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Some college or additional training is preferred; Minimum of five (5) years experience in Facilities with experience in managing commercial build-outs is required; Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC; Ability to read and understand blueprints; Ability to use Microsoft Office and MS Project; Detail oriented and organized; Must be able to manage time and staff efficiently; Strong communication, teamwork, and follow-up skills; Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
