Position: Facilities/Property Maintenance Manager
About: Facilities/Property Maintenance Manager in Munhall, PA. This is a full-time position based in the Munhall branch. The manager is responsible for maintaining all areas of facilities to set standards for all credit union locations.
Requirements: Requires 2-5 years of prior related experience; general knowledge in facilities management and maintenance including property landscape, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, asphalt, concrete maintenance, and general repairs; use of hand and power tools; physical labor involving moderate to heavy lifting, walking, bending, squatting, climbing ladders; ability to pass background checks and drug/alcohol screening; possession of a valid, unexpired driver’s license; professional appearance with no visible tattoos, facial, or tongue piercings
