Position: Facilities Program Manager
About: ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston, offering services in space, public health, and defense. They are seeking a Facilities Program Manager to join their team.
Requirements: Shall possess at least ten (10) years of recent O&M/Facilities management type experience with seven (7) recent years in a project management/supervisory role with experience in Federal Contract management and supervision of facility operations; It is highly desired that this experience includes facilities in adult education resident facilities, facility maintenance, food services, housekeeping, and human resources at facilities having the approximate size, characteristics, and service mix as the FLETC Complex; Must have excellent leadership, management, attention to detail, customer service, and be support oriented; Be on-site at the FLETC or available by phone 24/7, 365; Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle; Must be a US Citizen; Clear and effective written and communication skills; Must be able to pass a background investigation, drug test, and physical exam; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
