Position: Facilities Operator I

Requirements: Knowledge and experience in repair and maintenance of heating, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry required; interpersonal and communication skills; ability to follow safety procedures and precautions; physical ability to handle lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods; lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs may be required
