Position: Facilities Operations Manager, Full Time

About: Sam’s Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily environmental, office, and event support operations for the interior and exterior of facilities across the organization’s 3 sites. This role supervises 3 direct reports.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience; 5 years’ relevant experience in environmental services field; 3 years of supervisory experience; Associates degree or other advanced educational credentials preferred; Experience in a cultural institution or museum preferred; Working knowledge of cleaning and maintaining finishes and furnishings, including chemical treatment; Ability to maintain and operate environmental services equipment; Experience planning, organizing, and managing proactive, reactive, and preventative maintenance programs in a large commercial or institutional setting; Strong management and supervisory skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Asana, Slack, and internet-based research
