Position: Facilities Operations Manager
About: At Green by Nature, a trusted service provider for Auckland Council, responsible for maintaining parks, playgrounds, and public spaces, we are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Facilities Team and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong leadership and people management skills; financial acumen for budget management; excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; commitment to safety and health practices; proactive and solution-focused attitude; full NZ Driver’s Licence with manual vehicle capability
