Position: Facilities Operations Manager
About: University of Michigan Credit Union (UMCU) has been a pillar of the local community for 70 years, dedicated to the growth and success of its team members. They are currently seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to lead, plan, and supervise the facilities team and building services functions for the Credit Union.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or in pursuit of; minimum 5 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibilities required; minimum 5 years of experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair; experience with commercial electrical and /or HVAC preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills required; attention to detail, excellent time management and organization skills required with the ability to meet deadlines; must be a team player and possess a high energy “can do” attitude
