Position: Facilities Manager/Soft Services Manager onsite in Concord, NC

The Facilities Manager/Soft Services Manager will be onsite in Concord, NC, overseeing building operations of Soft Services for a 1.2 million square foot innovative Pharmaceutical Facility. CBRE GWS delivers integrated real estate solutions through dedicated leadership, regional and global resources, consistently providing superior outcomes across industries and geographies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered; Valid driver’s license required; Facility Management certification preferred. Experience in staff management, selection, training, development, coaching, and mentoring preferred; Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations, and balance problems; Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness; Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
