Position: Facilities Manager- School of Medicine
About: Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine is seeking a Facilities Services Manager to oversee the management, operations, environmental services, and safety of facilities for the education building, administrative office space, and leased buildings. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing maintenance and repair, managing budgets and resources, and maintaining a safe working environment for students, faculty, and staff.
Requirements: Minimum five (5) years of experience in supervising and managing all plant operations, maintenance, renovation, and related activities; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction, engineering, or related field OR four (4) years of directly related field experience; High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required; Experience in the management of facilities operations, maintenance, space or building projects; Background in facility management, construction management, and project management; Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
