Position: Facilities Manager, Park Operations
About: The Facilities Manager of Park Operations position at CCD involves hands-on supervision focused on the operation and maintenance of CCD’s high-profile parks, leased cafes, and events at various locations in the city. The role requires coordination with the Director of Park Operations and monitoring to ensure that CCD-managed parks and events uphold high standards.
Requirements: Minimum of two years related professional experience in Facilities management preferred; Experience in all aspects of maintenance required; Carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience is a plus; Ability to operate aerial lift if needed (certification required); Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jacks if needed (certification required); Ability to operate assigned work vehicle (certification required); Ability to operate assigned vehicle while towing a trailer if needed; Valid Driver’s License in good standing required in state of residency
