Requirements: 5+ years of facilities maintenance management experience; 2+ years of living quarters inspections experience; Ability to respond to facility emergencies and assess situations proactively; Knowledge of general facilities maintenance, minor repairs, and safety precautions; Forecasting facility maintenance needs proactively; Ability to travel to austere locations and operate assigned equipment; Secret clearance; HS diploma or GED; Additional qualifications include 2+ years of OCONUS project management experience; Ability to work with diverse teams and multicultural environments; Strong communication skills with stakeholders; Bachelor’s degree
