Position: Facilities Manager, Data Center Operations
About: At Google, the Facilities Management team oversees the daily operations of the offices, creating collaborative, friendly, and fun work environments. This role is not the typical facilities management position; it requires a creative, organized customer service specialist dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient operations, going above and beyond to satisfy clients and promote Google’s reputation for excellence and innovation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 7 years of experience in facilities management including facility, technical and team management. Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; Experience in collaborating with other business units; Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment; Excellent people management and leadership skills
