Position: Facilities Manager
About: We are seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead the charge in cultivating a zero-injury culture within the expansive 1-million-square-foot San Antonio production facility, where class 6–8 and EV commercial trucks are manufactured. The role involves creating, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge safety policies and programs to position the site as an industry leader in safety compliance and performance. This position supports a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees operating across multiple shifts, ensuring operational excellence while maintaining full compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations, as well as company policies. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Maintenance and Engineering to ensure safety and ergonomic standards are met, working closely with the Plant Director and other leaders to integrate safety into every facet of the operation. The EH&S Manager will oversee a small team, including a Safety Specialist and Environmental staff, while mentoring and inspiring employees to embrace a “safety-first” mindset.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; at least 10 years of facilities or administration and 4 years of management experience
