Requirements: BA or BS degree or equivalent experience required; 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in maintenance, repair, and operations; familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory requirements; ability to read blueprints and adopt technology solutions for efficiency; mechanical and technical knowledge for building systems; exceptional process management and problem-solving skills; budget management experience; ability to maintain composure in all scenarios
