Position: Facilities Manager
About: QTI’s client is currently looking for a full-time Facility Manager to provide support for their facility located in Middleton, Wisconsin. This Facility Manager position is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of a commercial real estate asset to maximize the owner’s financial return and benefit the tenants, consumers, and the community. The role involves operational maintenance, tenant customer service, capital improvement project management, and construction activities under the guidance of the Property Management Director.
Requirements: Five years minimum of work in facility management and/or operations including experience with multiple types of commercial real estate and maintenance; good knowledge of mechanical systems, PC literacy, experience with property management systems like Yardi and Angus, ability to work independently and as a team member, exercise judgment and discretion, professionalism in setting priorities, coping with competing demands
