Position: Facilities Manager
About: ABM Industries, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Account Manager to be the single point of contact responsible for delivering quality facility management services. The role involves overseeing integrated facility services, maintenance, custodial services, and contracted service contracts. The manager will ensure the property, infrastructure, and equipment operate safely and efficiently in Hillsboro, OR.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related curriculum or equivalent combination of education and experience; strong knowledge of crafts within Facility Operations including electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry; minimum of 5 years Facility Operations experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
