About: The Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) serves approximately 37,000 students in 100+ schools in Cleveland. The district is committed to ensuring high-quality education for all students, holding the community accountable for their success through the Cleveland Plan. The Facilities and Trades Department plays a crucial role in maintaining over one hundred properties within the School District.
Requirements: A valid State of Ohio Driver’s License is required; must possess a working knowledge of all applicable bargaining unit agreements; excellent oral, interpersonal, and writing skills; knowledge of computer systems; a Low-Pressure Boiler License or higher is preferred
