Position: Facilities Manager

About: St. John the Evangelist Parish in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of parish and school buildings, equipment, and grounds, as well as manage other employees. Requirements: Associate degree in architecture or facilities management or equivalent education; 2 years practical experience in facilities management; 2 years experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction environment; Experience with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and cooling systems (HVAC); Strong commitment to and knowledge of the mission of the Diocese and Catholic Church; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; Proficiency in computer technology; Knowledge of construction practices and building codes; Ability to pass background and credit checks; Valid Arizona driver’s license
