Position: Facilities Manager
About: The Facilities/Public Space Area Manager at the TWA Hotel is responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and organization of all hotel campus public spaces, including back of house, retail space, loading dock, and exterior grounds. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to connect and engage with team members and 3rd party operators effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; at least two years of previous experience in a Public Space/Facilities Manager capacity in a related hotel position; strong tact and communication skills; exceptional organizational skills, including task delegation and time management; ability to work effectively with minimum supervision; effective problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent time management; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated; flexible schedule availability including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
