Position: Facilities Manager
About: Hanwha Power Systems Americas is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee all aspects of building functionality, safety, cleanliness, and maintenance in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities include managing repairs, coordinating with contractors, supervising staff, and planning long-term improvements within budget constraints and compliance regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; minimum 10 years experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within power generation, energy, or oil and gas industries; understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant codes and regulations; ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and motivate staff; effective communication with staff, contractors, and management; ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, maintain accurate records; knowledge in rotating machinery and oil and gas facility operations; ability to adapt to fast-paced, multi-faceted working environments; office-based role in Houston, Texas.
