Position: Facilities Manager
About: Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking an Affordable Property Manager for the 74-unit HUD apartment communities of Scott Crest Plaza and Candalaria Plaza Apartments in Portland, OR. The Property Manager will handle day-to-day property management tasks including marketing, maintaining property integrity, resident screening, rent collection, serving notices, report development, and agreement preparation. CRMG offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment for individuals with a passion for property management and customer service excellence.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent; 2 years of customer service experience; 1 year of property management experience; experience with Entrata Property Management Software preferred; basic MS365 skills including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel; basic math skills; ability to handle bookkeeping tasks; strong communication and interpersonal skills; keen attention to detail; familiarity with landlord/tenant laws, labor laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols; availability for after-hours emergencies; valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
